I felt so uncomfortable this morning when I had to attend seminar without my specs, everything was blurred.. So I decided to rush to Jurong Point to get a pair of contact lense during my break. After comparing prices, I bought the contact lenses as well as a bottle of solution from Koolook Pte Ltd at #02-51. I was quite shocked when they charged me $8 for the small bottle(60ml) of solution but I did not think much about it as I was in a hurry.
After that, I went to Watsons to get other stuffs and realised that they are selling a twin pack(2x120ml) solution of the same brand at $11.50! Then I realised that the words "sample, not for sale" are printed on the box I bought. It was very obvious that they overcharged me... Perhaps they're charging me for something that's meant to be given off as samples...
Usually I would just shrug the whole matter off and blame it on my luck.. but today I was so pissed that I decided to go back and "demand" for an explanation. So I went up, told them everything and listen to their crap explanations. In the end they gave me another box free. I'm still not very satisfied with it.. Wanted a refund actually.. but decided not to push my luck anymore..
Argh... Spoil my day... Anyway, just wanted to share this with you guys so you know where to avoid in future...
